Melt the unsalted butter.
- 1 Heat the oven to 180°C/350°f/ gas 4 (160°C for fan ovens).
- 2 Divide the fruit among 6 individual ramekin dishes (or place in one large dish).
- 3 Put the crumble mix in a bowl, add the melted butter and stir thoroughly.
- 4 Spoon the mixture evenly over the fruit and sprinkle with the almonds.
- 5 Bake until golden: 20-25 minutes if small, 30-35 minutes if large. Serve with custard.
