Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Slice the onions. Thinly slice the red chillis.
- 1 Heat a wok to smoking, add the groundnut oil and stir-fry the chicken until lightly golden.
- 2 Add the onion and cook for a few minutes, then add the red chilli and stir-fry sauce and stir until bubbling.
- 3 Add the beansprouts, sesame oil and noodles. Mix well, heat through and serve in bowls.
