Preparation
Hull and halve the strawberries. Halve and stone the cherries.
Method
- 1 Place the fruit in a bowl with the vanilla pod and lemon zest, then pour over the liqueur.
- 2 Set aside in a cool place and leave to steep for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
- 3 Serve over scoops of vanilla ice cream.
