Method
- 1 Cook the beans and petits pois in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 2 Put the pan back on the heat and melt the butter.
- 3 Add the olive oil and almonds, and cook gently until lightly golden.
- 4 Stir through the vegetables, season generously and serve.
