Green Beans and Peas with Toasted Almonds
Cook the beans and petits pois in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
Put the pan back on the heat and melt the butter.
Add the olive oil and almonds, and cook gently until lightly golden.
Stir through the vegetables, season generously and serve.
