Preparation
Chill the milk. Pit and peel the ripe mangoes. Halve, pit and peel the Peruvian Hass avocados.
Method
- 1 Roughly chop the avocado and mango and put them into a blender with the yogurt, vanilla extract and milk.
- 2 Blend for a few seconds until smooth, then serve.

It was delicious! My toddler loved it as well. I didn’t add Vanilla Extract as I didn’t have any but it still tasted great. I will definitely make it again!
