Hot and fiery meatballs

Method

  1. 1 Using your fingers, mix the burger paste with the beef mince in a bowl.
  2. 2 Divide the mixture to make about 6 meatballs per person.
  3. 3 Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6 (180°C for fan ovens). Lightly grease a large roasting tin with olive oil.
  4. 4 Place the meatballs in the tin, evenly spaced. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. 5 Add the pasta sauce, stir well and cook for a further 20-25 minutes. Move on to the next step while you wait.
  6. 6 Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
  7. 7 Serve the meatballs with the pasta, garnished with the parmesan shavings.
