Preparation

Cut the lemons into wedges. Cut the limes into wedges. Slice the Cox apples.

Method

  1. 1 Put the gin, pear & apple juice, and lime juice into an ice-filled jug and stir.
  2. 2 Top up with ginger beer, then add the wedges of lemon and lime, plus sliced apple.
  3. 3 Pour into long glasses to serve.
