Method
- 1 Heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4 (160°C for fan ovens).
- 2 Wrap a rasher of bacon around each chipolata, then skewer in place with a toothpick.
- 3 Place on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
- 4 Remove the toothpicks and serve on a platter.
