Preparation
Stoned, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces the mango. Stone, peel and slice the avocados. Toast the pine nut. Juice half and cut wedges from the remainder of the limes.
Method
- 1 Heat the chicken according to the pack instructions.
- 2 Meanwhile, divide the salad among 4 plates.
- 3 Arrange the mango and avocado on top, and scatter with pine nuts.
- 4 Whisk together the oil, lime juice and paprika, and season.
- 5 Drizzle over the salad.
- 6 Serve with the chicken and lime wedges.
