Preparation
Finely chop the cornichon or gherkin. Drain and finely chop the capers. Chop the fresh chive. Chop the fresh parsley.
Method
- 1 Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 2 Cover and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
