Method
- 1 Toast the bread lightly and, using a round, 9-10cm biscuit cutter or working freehand with a knife or scissors, cut a large circle out of the centre of each toast slice. The circle doesn’t have to be perfect and children will enjoy helping with a pair of rounded scissors.
- 2 Spread the toast circles generously with the nut butter of your choice. Put three slices of banana on each: two at the top (one set to either side) to be the ears, and one lower down, near the centre of the circle to be the nose.
- 3 Top the central banana slice (the nose itself) with a blueberry and sit the remaining two berries above the nose, spaced out to look like eyes.
