Cut the tenderstem broccoli into bite-size pieces.
- 1 Pour boiling water over the bulgar wheat and raisins, cover with cling-film and set aside for 10-15 minutes until tender. Whilst you wait move on to the next step.
- 2 Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes then drain and refresh under cold water.
- 3 Heat the oil in a pan and toast the cumin seeds.
- 4 Stir in the broccoli then toss through the cooked bulgar wheat mixture. Add the lemon and serve.
