Slice the mushroom. Crumble the Gorgonzola Piccante.
- 1 Spread the tortillas with Olive & Tomato pesto.
- 2 Top with the mushrooms, salami, tomatoes and Gorgonzola.
- 3 Bake in a preheated oven at 200˚C/400˚F/gas 6 (180˚C for fan ovens) for 7-8 minutes.
- 4 Sprinkle with black pepper, then cut into wedges and serve.
