Warm Pesto, New Potato and Green Bean Salad
Preparation
Halve the new potatoes.
Method
- 1 Cook the new potatoes in boiling water for 6 minutes.
- 2 Add the linguine, cook for 5 minutes.
- 3 Add the fine green beans and cook for another 4 minutes.
- 4 Drain, then toss with the Pesto alla Genovese.
- 5 Sprinkle with basil leaves and Parmesan shavings to serve.
