Preparation

Chop the coriander, leaving a few sprigs intact.

Method

  1. 1 Mix the yogurt with the tagine paste, then pour it over the chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, mix the coriander into the couscous.
  3. 3 Griddle or grill the chicken for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. 4 Slice and serve the chicken on top of the couscous, garnished with the coriander sprigs.
