Preparation
Halve the plum tomatoes. Finely slice the spring onions. Deseed and finely chop the red chillis. Peel, stone and slice the avocados. Zest and juice the limes. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Method
- 1 In a bowl mix the tomatoes, spring onions, chilli and avocados.
- 2 For the dressing, whisk the lime zest and juice, garlic, olive oil and honey.
- 3 Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Stir through the coriander and serve straight away.
