Melt the dark chocolate.
- 1 Preheat the oven to 180C. Spread the marshmallows on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake for 2-3 minutes, until golden and melting.
- 2 Meanwhile, spread each cookie with the melted chocolate. Spoon the toasted marshmallows onto five cookies, then place the remaining cookies on top and squidge down to make a sandwich.
