Slice the duck breasts. Slice the red peppers. Slice the spring onions.
- 1 Heat a wok to smoking, add the oil and duck breasts and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- 2 Add the pepper and cook for a minute.
- 3 Add the spring onions, mange tout and stir-fry sauce and bubble.
- 4 Cook the egg fried rice following the pack instructions. Serve in a bowl topped with the duck.
