Zest the oranges. Pit and halve the cherries.
- 1 From the puff pastry sheet cut 1 x 10cm circle per serving.
- 2 Place on a greased baking tray, turn up the edges and sprinkle of one quarter of the sugar.
- 3 Combine the remaining sugar with the flour and orange peel, then sprinkle this over the cherries and mix well.
- 4 Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6 (180°C for fan ovens).
- 5 Arrange the cherry mix on the pastries, then bake for 14-18 minutes until golden brown.
