Mint and honey leg of lamb

  1. 1 Pre-heat the oven to 140 oC/120 oC Fan/Gas mark 1.
  2. 2 Place the lamb in a roasting dish and cut a few slits along the top before pouring over the water.
  3. 3 Mix the mint sauce and honey in a bowl and paint onto the lamb using a spoon.
  4. 4 Now place in the oven and cook for 3 hours until the meat is falling off the bone and melts in your mouth.
  5. 5 Serve with your favourite green vegetables.
