Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Tear the Prosciutto di Parma ham.
- 1 In a food processor, whizz into a coarse paste the olives, pine nuts, parsley and oil.
- 2 Stir through the parmesan and season with black pepper.
- 3 Wrap the ends of the Torinesi Grissini with the ham and serve with the pesto dip.
