Chop the Italian-style herb mix.
- 1 In a shallow casserole, mix the Tomato & Sweet Garlic Pasta Sauce with the Italian-style herb mix and black or green olives.
- 2 Cook in a preheated oven at 200˚C/400˚F/gas 6 (180˚C for fan ovens) for 10 minutes.
- 3 Add 4 white fish fillets to the sauce. Cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
- 4 Scatter with fresh herbs and serve.
