Prawn and egg open sandwich

Juice the lemons. Halve the Handfuls of cherry tomatoes.


  1. 1 Hard boil the egg and leave it to cool in water. Move on to the next step while you wait for the egg to cook.
  2. 2 Spread a little of the mayonnaise on the bread.
  3. 3 Mix the remaining mayonnaise with the lemon juice and stir in the prawns.
  4. 4 Slice the egg and arrange on the bread with the prawns, tomatoes and salad leaves.
