Quick Crunchy Sesame Slaw

Finely slice the white cabbages. Coarsely grate the large carrots. Finely slice the small red onions. Zest and juice the limes. Toast the sesame seed.


  1. 1 In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrot and onion.
  2. 2 Whisk together the soy sauce, lime zest and juice, sesame oil and olive oil.
  3. 3 Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and mix well.
  4. 4 Toss with the sesame seeds and chill or serve immediately.
