Roasted Carrot, Swede and Sweet Potato Chips
Preparation
Peel and slice the carrots. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes. Peel and slice the swedes.
Method
- 1 Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6 (180°C for fan ovens) and place a roasting tray inside to warm up.
- 2 Cut the carrot, sweet potato and swede into equal-size chips.
- 3 Put in a bowl with the olive oil and season well with the sea salt, smoked paprika and chipotle chilli grinder. Toss together and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden.
