Tropical Fruit Ice Lollies

Follow just two simple steps to create these refreshing, light lollies - perfect for summer and keeping kids happy.

Peel and roughly chop the ripe kiwi fruits. Remove the skin and chop the flesh of the ripe honeydew melons.


  1. 1 Put the kiwi into a blender along with the melon and fruit juice. Blitz well until smooth and strain through a sieve into a jug.
  2. 2 Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for at least 3 hours, until solid, then serve.
