  2. 2 Salt baked beetroot and smoke in hay and dried clementine.
  3. 3 Slice raw clementine and dress in clementine juice and salt.
  4. 4 Nasturtium leaves dressed in clementine juice and olive oil.
  5. 5 Toast hazelnuts.
