Warm Pesto, New Potato and Green Bean Salad

Halve the new potatoes.


  1. 1 Cook the new potatoes in boiling water for 6 minutes.
  2. 2 Add the linguine, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Add the fine green beans and cook for another 4 minutes.
  4. 4 Drain, then toss with the Pesto alla Genovese.
  5. 5 Sprinkle with basil leaves and Parmesan shavings to serve.
